A six-bedroom 17th Century listed farmhouse offering a wealth of features for family holidays or group bookings for up to 12 people, including spacious living areas, a beautiful walled garden and a well-equipped games room. We also have a 7kWh electric car charger for guests to use.

You’ll have your breath taken away by the sheer size of the master bedroom and the view from the velux windows. Taking in most of the length of the second floor, you’ll sleep soundly on the king-sized bed and enjoy unhurried mornings in the en-suite bathroom.

This is just one of six beautiful bedrooms at Lower Treleddyn Farmhouse, there are another three twin bedrooms and a large double room on the first floor with another two shower/bathrooms, one on the landing and the other with a walk in shower on the ground floor. The final bedroom of six is just off the spacious living room on the ground floor and can be accessed without taking the stairs. There is fast wifi throughout and two wall mounted flat screen TVs (one Smart) both with HDMI cables– one in lounge and the other in the middle family room.

Elsewhere in the property, you’ll benefit from the separate utility room with additional fridge and freezer and a tumble dryer, perfect for drying off after a long walk on the coastal path, and our large farmhouse kitchen with seating for 12 around an oak table and an impressive inglenook fireplace with a modern wood burner.

Rounding off the accommodation is a separate family room with plenty of games in the cupboard, a stereoand a TV as mentioned above

Wander around our walled garden and landscaped areas outside, which complement the natural splendour of the Pembrokeshire Coast. Spend time in the heated glass enclosure - newly installed in 2023. We also have an enclosed outdoor hot/cold water shower by the back door (perfect after a surf). There is a also a large Gas Weber BBQ in the walled garden.

And if the weather’s not so nice, you can always make the most of the newly installed glass enclosure as well as the large, separate games room, which is fully heated. It includes a full-sized pool table, table football, darts, a table-tennis table and a large garden version of Jenga. The games room (and walled garden) is for sole use of the Farmhouse.
